StandardAero, one of the largest and most successful MRO companies in the world is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our President of Airlines and Fleets and our President of Military, Helicopters & Energy. As a Senior Executive Assistant you will perform a critical function in providing complex administrative support and must represent the Company with a high degree of professionalism and demonstrate independent judgment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Manage a complex calendar that includes scheduling meetings and travel, video conferences, off-site and internal events
Handle confidential documents, plans and correspondence involving senior management company-wide.
Drafting correspondence, answering, and screening the senior executive's phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the team
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and assisting with maintenance of various Excel spreadsheets and other documents as needed
Acting as a lead on the facilitation and coordination of communications and administrative procedures across the enterprise Finance and Legal teams
Serving as a first point of contact for the senior executive and developing systems to prioritize the executive's time and activities
Work closely with the executive admin team to collectively meet the needs and deliverables of the Executive Leadership Team

Position Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
8+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives
Excellent communication and writing skills, including proven attention to detail in composing, preparing and proofing materials and presentation
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
