What You'll Do - Senior Estimator Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to define scope and clarify requirements. Evaluate subcontractor bids and material pricing to build comprehensive estimates. Leverage estimating tools and software to streamline and enhance accuracy. Additional Responsibilities: Prepare detailed bid proposals in compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. Participate in pre-construction meetings and site visits to assess feasibility and identify risks. Maintain organized records of estimates, costs, and supporting documentation. Monitor project budgets and provide updates throughout the lifecycle. Stay current on market trends, construction methods, and material pricing. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Deep knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes. Proficiency in estimating tools such as Destiny, Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects. Estimating certifications (ASPE, AACE) are a plus. Why Join Hagerman?
