The purpose of Intuit’s Employee Relations team is to foster an environment where employees feel connected and can learn and grow. The role will report to our Principal, Employee Relations Leader and be part of our People & Places organization. The role has a U.S. case focus but there are learning opportunities to grow international experience. Candidates should be located near our Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA office. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office. Responsibilities Support the company's approach to external trends and development. Implement strategic changes, support workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace conflicts, and assess organizational health and engagement issues, with guidance from senior team members. Manage a caseload of workplace conflicts and employee escalations, working independently and collaboratively with HR teams, legal, managers, and employees. Contribute to company and team priorities and projects, often in collaboration with Centers of Excellence. Enhance manager and team capabilities through individual cases and projects. Compensation & Benefits Intuit offers a competitive package with performance-based rewards. The base pay range is: Bay Area, CA: $117,500 - $159,000 Southern California: $116,000 - $157,000 Position eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits (see Intuit: Careers | Benefits ). Pay is based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. We ensure pay equity across ethnicity and gender categories. Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of Employee Relations or similar HR experience (HR Generalist/HRBP). J.D. highly preferred. Strong operational execution skills, including protocol adherence and technology use. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and analytical abilities. Ability to lead projects with clear outcomes. High emotional intelligence and ability to build connections. Data-driven mindset for organizational insights. Adaptive thinking and judgment skills. Ability to handle complex situations objectively, with oversight. Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation.
