The company is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated individual to oversee day-to-day security operations as a top-level manager for the Company's East Coast Operations, reporting to the Company's SVP.

* Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision to include employee discipline * Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive physical security strategies and policies * Build, improve, maintain relationships with clients and employees * Provide after-hour response at client sites as required including, but not limited to, emergency response * Manage security officers and teams * Ensuring client sites are provided with high quality security services to protect people and property * Coordinating, planning and leading protective detail operations * Coordinating program activities and standard processes within the organization * Crafting and maintaining policy with regard to emergency management planning * Maintaining liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals * Liasing with local Law Enforcement * Field Protection Work (Executive Protection Details; Lead at High Profile Events) * Conduct security and vulnerability assessments * Strong social skills and ability to interact with high profile clientele and top senior executives * Strategic problem solver * Ability to execute and get things done quickly under time pressure * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work across all functions and levels, accept and execute directives * Work well in a team environment as well as independently * Comfort with domestic and international travel

*Requirements:*

* Law Enforcement, Military and/or Strong Security background * Project and personnel management experience * Strong risk-management background; Assessments, business continuity, and emergency response * Proven leadership: Team building, mentoring, and cross-functional influence * Excellent written and verbal communication; Able to align security strategies with executive teams * Open availability and on-call status * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally * Detail oriented, highly productive, customer service-centric work ethic * Full time in the New York City Area * CCW or HR218 Permits

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
