Job Description CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to develop and adapt our internal tools and systems, primarily supporting Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. Your responsibilities will include daily tools development, supporting code compilation and integration, enhancing build performance, and developing new features. Daily Responsibilities Maintain and improve the build system (in-house technology). Develop and manage CI/CD systems. Oversee code compilation and integration. Enhance build performance. Collaborate with the development team to integrate new deployment processes. Establish and maintain automation processes. Manage source control branches and resolve merge conflicts. Provide Perforce support for the team. Create and maintain documentation for the build/release process. Qualifications Proficiency in C# backend development (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+, primarily .NET 8). Minimum 5 years of experience in game development. Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ. Proficiency in Python programming. Knowledge of Postgres or other RDBMS. Experience with source control software. Strong ownership, goal-setting, and initiative-driving skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and achieve shared goals. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, and perform under pressure. Nice to Have Knowledge of Unreal Engine. Familiarity with AWS. Knowledge of Elasticsearch/MongoDB is a plus. Understanding of Active Directory, security concepts, and authentication.
