Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager with a deep passion for data to lead transformative projects at the intersection of analytics, AI, and reinsurance innovation (link removed) In this role, you will help shape the future of our clients data ecosystem by building scalable products that deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams worldwide.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments and brings proven experience with Databricks , SQL-based data platforms , and AI/ML initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI-powered solutions across clients global analytics platform.
Collaborate with data engineering, actuarial, and analytics teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact data products.
Translate complex reinsurance and risk modeling needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
Leverage Databricks , SQL, and cloud-based platforms to enable robust data pipelines and advanced analytical capabilities.
Identify and lead opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into products that enhance underwriting, risk assessment, and client solutions.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, balancing long-term vision with quick delivery of iterative enhancements.
Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
Measure product performance, establish KPIs, and continuously improve products based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including Databricks , Snowflake, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience applying AI/ML solutions in a business context, ideally within financial services, insurance, or reinsurance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in reinsurance, insurance, or broader financial services industries.
Familiarity with data governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps workflows.
