Integra Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Data Architectto lead the design and governance of our data platform in support of analytics, AI/ML, and operational excellence in the healthcare domain. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a robust and scalabledata strategy, including developing data pipelines, data models, and establishing effectivedata governancepolicies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and be part of data engineering teams to define data domains, ensure data quality, and provide architectural guidance for our modern analytical data platform. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding ofdata architecture principles, practical experience indata modeling(includingData Vault 2.0andMedallion architectures), and a solid grasp ofcloud-native, data-centric architectureleveragingSnowflake,Azure, andDBT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS: Design and develop information data models including conceptual, logical and physical data models. Identify key data entities, create conceptual models, map them to value stages and business capabilities. Develop high-level data flows for both current and future states. Establish data architecture principles, data standards, best practices, and guidelines for the design of the data platform. Design and deliver well-structuredfeature storesandtraining datasetsto support AI/ML initiatives, with a focus on integration withSnowflake Cortex(including AISQL, Cortex Agents) andAzure AI Studio. Provide architectural oversight and guidance on the use ofSnowflake,Fivetran, Azure Data Services,DBT. Collaborate with stakeholders, PO, and engineering team to understand data needs and translate them into designs. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve data platform capabilities. Perform data quality analysis, identify, propose recommendations to resolve data quality issues. Lead proof-of-concept efforts and guide product owners and engineering teams in designing and developing solutions using tools aligned with the selected architectural framework. Requirements: 8+ years of experiencein data architecture, data engineering, or related disciplines, with a strong focus on designing modern cloud-based data platforms. Deep expertise inSnowflake, including advanced data modeling, performance optimization, and support for AI/ML workloads (e.g.,Cortex AISQL, Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst). Hands-on experience withdata modeling methodologies, includingData Vault 2.0,Medallion Architecture, and dimensional modeling for analytical workloads. Demonstrated ability to define and implemententerprise data strategies, includingdata domain design,master data management (MDM), anddata governance policies. Practical experience developing data pipelines and transformation logic using DBT, Python, and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with designingAI/ML data foundations, includingfeature stores,training datasets, and data interfaces toSnowflake CortexandAzure AI Studio. Hands-on knowledge ofCI/CD practicesandinfrastructure-as-codefor data systems, promoting reusable, testable, and automated deployment patterns. Experience designing and managing data quality frameworks, implementing lineage tracking, and ensuring observability across the data ecosystem. Effective communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and align data architecture with business objectives. Working knowledge of data security, compliance, and data modeling within the healthcare industry, including standards such as HIPAA; experience in the DME sector is a plus. Familiarity withmetadata management,data cataloging, and integration with enterprise data governance tools. Experience participating in or leadingAgiledata engineering team. Salary: $167,000.00/Annually
