Location: fully onsite Wilmington, DE or Columbus, OHJob Type: 12-month W2 Hourly Contract (potential to extend/convert)Compensation Range: up to $66/hrBenefits: health/vision/dental, 401k, and more ( a Senior Content Strategist for the Employee Experience, you will operate as part of a product team, working alongside product owners, designers, engineering, research, and legal/compliance leads, to improve the holistic product experience and support employees with manual, automated, and personalized self-service through web, mobile, and virtual assistant channels.You will have proven experience in developing and executing user-centric digital content strategies and scaled content creation in complex product spaces, and have demonstrated a strong track record of leveraging content governance models and standards to create engaging and impactful content at scale, as well as using data, discipline expertise, and relationship building/partnerships to prioritize and activate content to solve user issues and drive business goals.You will be expected to clearly communicate your strategy, priorities, creative decisions, etc., to peers, leaders, and stakeholders, and activate/contribute to firmwide quality standards, terminology, voice and tone guidelines, and content patterns and systems.As a data-driven organization, you will also use both quantitative and qualitative insights from a variety of sources (search, site analytics, employee feedback, etc.) to inform priorities, manage content backlogs, identify gaps and opportunities, report on content performance, and inform product managers and decision makers across a highly matrixed environment.Responsibilities:Developing content requirements and content strategy in partnership with Product leadership and business leads.Overseeing, as well as executing and delivering, user-centered content solutions that follow firmwide governance and best practices, and fulfill project requirements (business goals, user goals, controls, deadlines and quality).Writing, creating, updating, and consolidating knowledge and other types of self-service content based on your strategic point of view- and where needed, removing outdated or unnecessary content.Contributing to evolving firmwide content standards, terminologies, content patterns and operationsPartnering with cross-functional product teams to ensure holistic and strategic journey optimization; creating intuitive experiences and messaging, improving processes and workflows, ensuring legal and security compliance, executing on accessibility needs, etc.Directing the structural design of product experience (navigation, labeling, flow), and the development of metadata to support search and browse, and to tie into navigation, indexing and information architecture beyond the product.Conducting formal training in UX Writing, Content Design and Editing and/or Information Architecture - mentoring junior team members and educating stakeholders.Qualifications:5-7 years of experience or equivalent experience delivering content strategy and content design, experience with web, mobile, and conversational channels preferred.Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle.Proven track record of building and executing content strategy and content creation at scale in UX and digital product or channel landscapes.Extensive knowledge of content design strategy and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral and experience design.Proven ability to plan and structure content work across multiple workstreams.Mastery of the organizational navigation required for risk management and compliance, including legal and accessibility reviews.Robust understanding of how content enables user experience and business needs, and an ability to connect stakeholders with that vision and narrative.Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.Experience with Content Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems, preferred.Job ID: 1099434#LI-Cella#LI-KM1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
