Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and documentation reviews. Conduct detailed analysis of current processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Document existing processes end-to-end and produce up-to-date process flows. Transform business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for IT delivery. Own the creation and maintenance of process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures. Continuously learn new business domains and technology stacks to ensure documentation stays current. Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and apply new tools, methodologies, and best practices. Create and maintain an API playbook that serves as a reference for both business and technical teams. Collaborate with product owners, Scrum masters, developers, and other IT teams to design solutions that align with requirements. Validate proposed solutions through feasibility assessments and impact analysis. Partner with QA/QE to define and execute test plans, cases, and scripts verifying functionality and usability. Facilitate defect triage and drive timely resolution. Serve as the liaison between business units and IT teams, fostering clear communication and alignment. Build strong relationships with business partners, understanding their priorities and advocating for high-value solutions. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities. Skills Needed : Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design, consumption, and documentation). Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows, SOPs, and API reference guides. Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information. Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take ownership of documentation quality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders. Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
