Ideal candidate will have familiarity with NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241 and have 4+ years of litigation experience in one or more areas: General Liability, Tort, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Injury, Civil Litigation. Option to work MOSTLY REMOTE!
