Key Responsibilities
Provide expert analysis, programming, and client support utilizing the IBM Sterling Integrator platform.
Collaborate effectively within a team to ensure timely delivery of multiple customer projects.
Maintain clear communication with IT customers regarding project statuses and address any unresolved issues per established SLAs.
Support application development to address issues raised by project managers and stakeholders.
Diagnose problems and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
Document development work thoroughly, including any findings and resolutions.
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Identify and resolve complex problems efficiently.
Adapt quickly to changing workloads and project requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling.
Strong understanding of Sterling messages, concepts, and processes.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as SFTP.
Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
Proficient in basic SQL commands and scripting.
Coordinate with the QC team to ensure quality testing of deliverables.
Write and maintain comprehensive code and project documentation.
Understand and adhere to CMMI-defined processes and documentation standards.
Engage in continuous learning through reading and self-study.
Conduct brownbag training sessions to share knowledge with the team.
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and use of a computer.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
