Position Overview
The Senior Administrative Professional will support daily management operations for RQSA, ensuring seamless coordination of administrative processes, information management, security compliance, and internal communications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Track Integrated Product Team (IPT) manning and maintain organizational charts
Execute data entry in CCaR, timekeeping systems, AFRL Work Unit App, and maintain case files
Generate reports and integrate data into required documentation
Maintain and organize training records, forms, and electronic/paper file plans
Process classified and unclassified mail and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures
Draft and prepare correspondence using standard government formats
Operate and maintain scanning, facsimile, printing, and copying equipment
Manage inventory and facilitate ordering of office supplies and equipment
Utilize USAF computer systems to develop spreadsheets, graphics, and reports
Support travel documentation using DTS and prepare performance and procurement reports
Assist with STINFO, DTIC, and other scientific/technical information tracking and submission
Perform duties as Record Custodian, maintaining both classified and unclassified files
Support Operating Instructions (OIs) development and manage Self-Inspection checklists
Serve as a point of contact for staff meetings and office information exchange coordination
Support VTC scheduling, platform connectivity, and liaise with VTC maintenance contractors
Assist with onboarding of new personnel (IT accounts, CAC, training)
Coordinate room access, reconcile calendars, and support visitor logistics
Serve as Workflow liaison and interface with the Front Office Group (FOG)
Provide support with protocol events and official activities
Ensure all classified material handling follows proper security regulations
Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in DoD/government settings
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with government systems such as CCaR, DTS, SharePoint, and timekeeping platforms
Knowledge of classified material handling procedures and documentation standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving and logistics coordination
