Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close processes and ensure timely completion Manage cost job and project accounting functions Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Analyze and reconcile bank statements Prepare financial reports and variance analysis Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects

Requirements Advanced skills in Month End Close, Percentage Completion Job Costing, and Project Accounting Intermediate proficiency in Bank Statement management and Journal Entries Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Intermediate experience with IFS ERP or similar ERP systems Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3+ years of senior-level accounting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills
