What Youll Be *
 External Reporting & Technical *
Support in preparing and reviewing SEC filings
Assist with footnote disclosures and MD&A.
Draft and review technical accounting memos and white papers.
 Audit & *
Provide support for internal and external audits .
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
 Financial Accounting & Revenue *
Prepare journal entries & reconciliations related to percentage-of-completion revenue recognition .
Assist with consolidations
What Our Client Is Looking *
- Big 4 experience is a must - 2-4 years of audit or advisory experience. - Strong technical accounting knowledge - GAAP, SEC reporting, and writing white papers. - Experience with SAP (or the ability to ramp up quickly).
