We're a privately owned staffing firm operating for more than 20 years. We provide an extensive sourcing, recruiting, and related service to the industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, and construction markets. Our Company seeks a motivated & dedicated Selling Branch Manager that thrives in challenging and demanding working environments.
*Overview:*
The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch including development, sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of new client accounts. Oversight of all recruiting operations including, but not limited to, managing recruiters & interviewing and placement of all candidates on work assignments. Partnering with clients to fill their open job needs, including understanding job requirement, workplace needs, and client workplace environment needs.
*Responsibilities:* * Responsible for the sourcing and development of all new business accounts. This includes understanding staffing needs and usage, our ability to meet weekly job orders, price negotiations, and onboarding of all new accounts. * Weekly sources new prospects by phone, email, social media sourcing, and face-to-face solicitations weekly. Proactively follows up with prospects as directed by policy and maintains all sales trackers in real time. * Negotiates all new account rates, terms, and conditions with clients, in conjunction with Leadership Team to ensure best rates and terms for both organizations. * Manage day-to-day operations of the branch including recruiting, candidate interviews, employee onboarding, and branch compliance with corporate recruiting policies and procedures. * Develop complete job descriptions for client openings, ensuring they meet client needs and are written in compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws. * Works with Recruiters to source, screen/interview, and onboard candidates for clients within the hospitality, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries. * Ensures new hires with have properly completed new hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms. * Ensures and maintains compliance & accurate employee files are kept according to company requirements. * Conduct background checks and drug screens on new hires as needed. When required, reviews result to ensure client requirements are met prior to placement. * Conduct New Hire Orientations to ensure that candidates are properly prepped and briefed for their first day of work. * Follow-up routinely with existing associates to ensure assignment needs are met and employees are performing jobs as directed/stated by the client. * Maintain constant communication with customer clients to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner and customer is satisfied with the placements. * Attend meetings onsite for potential & all current clients, including, but not limited to conducting safety tours of the customer facility and meetings with hiring managers to ensure weekly needs are met. * Responsible for safety and health of all employees while on assignment, including OSHA compliance and workplace accident/injury administration.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * 2+ years' management experience in the industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, or construction industry. * 2+ years of prior sales success is required. Preferred outside sales experience as well. * Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. * The ability to work and adapt to changing workplace environments and client requirements is required. * Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to work overtime as required by client needs, including weeknights, weekends, and early mornings. * Bilingual preferred - Spanish and English or Creole and English.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $97,673.00 per year
