Position Overview In this night shift role, youll deliver hands-on respiratory support directly to patients in their homesbringing stability, safety, and peace of mind when they need it most. Key Responsibilities Complete thorough respiratory assessments and develop personalized care plans Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment Monitor patient response and update treatment protocols as needed Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and best practices Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation Respond to emergencies and follow established safety procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications Licensure: Active Florida RRT license, or CRT with 10+ years of experience Certifications: Current BLS/CPR (ACLS preferred) Experience: Minimum 2 years in respiratory therapy (acute care preferred) Additional: Recent TB test & physical (within 12 months), strong communication skills, ability to work independently Bonus: Home health or experience with ID/DD populations is a plus
