Position Overview

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the physical security operations across Kiewit Real Estate managed facilities and assets. This role ensures the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard Kiewit's personnel, property, and infrastructure. The Security Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, external security vendors, and government agencies. This position manages the Kiewit Security Operations Center, security vendor partners, incident response protocols, and drives continuous improvement in security practices. This position requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that support a safe and secure working environment.

District Overview

Kiewit provides a diverse range of shared service functions to assist our districts in their endeavors to pursue, win and successfully execute projects. Our shared services encompass Business Management, Kiewit Supply Network, Kiewit Technology Group, HR Operations, Real Estate, Safety, Environmental, Equipment, Quality, Legal, Compliance and more.

Location

This position is based out of Kiewit's headquarters at 1550 Mike Fahey Street. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.
