Key Responsibilities: Manage access control effectively. Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior patrols. Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques. Secure entrances and monitor the client’s premises closely. Engage frequently with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions promptly. Document and report any suspicious activities clearly. Provide accurate and detailed written witness reports. High School Diploma or GED required. Standard computer/technology skills necessary. Customer service experience preferred. Able to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals. Capable of conducting thorough interior and exterior patrols throughout shifts. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain vigilance during the shift. Comfortable wearing PPE during exterior patrols. All candidates must be willing to participate in our background check process.
