Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and other security-related equipment, and report irregular conditions according to post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed.; Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
