The Office Clerk provides general office support with a variety of receptionist activities and clerical related tasks. This includes, greeting customers, screening incoming telephone calls, data entry, and performing diversified clerical duties in a professional manner. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Verifying daily cash ups Entering info into A/R system Fielding customer account questions Accounts Payable Reconciling P-Card Statements Coding payable invoices Matching vendor invoices to packing slips Handling Pricing issues Filing Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent phone etiquette Punctual Excellent customer service skills Detail oriented Possession of strong organizational skills Dependable Professional appearance High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience is required Pay is $23.50 per hour Not the right fit?
