Your responsibilities will include: Soil Sampling : Collect and label samples with precision to ensure the highest data quality. Boundary and Crop Mapping : Utilize GPS and GIS software to map agricultural boundaries and crops. Daily Reporting/Tracking : Accurately report and track daily job progress. Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to our clients, representing Deveron professionally in all interactions. What We Require: Outdoor Enthusiast : Comfortable working in all weather conditions (cold, snow, rain, wind, sun, etc.). Self-Motivated : Confident working independently with high levels of self-motivation. Physical Fitness : Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and walk for extended periods in fields. Technology Competence : Proficient with technology including email, Excel, handheld GPS units, Google Earth, and GIS software. Experience : Prior experience operating a pickup truck with trailer and ATV is required (valid driver’s license and motor vehicle records check and clean driving record required). Adaptability : High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn; willing to undergo thorough training. Bonus Points: Precision Agriculture Experience : Familiarity with precision agriculture is a plus.
