Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. An opportunity exists for a skilled candidate to contribute to an extended school year (ESY) program, serving students with diverse speech and language needs. This part-time contract position runs from June 17 to July 24, offering a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting. Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess student needs. Document progress and maintain required records as per district protocols. Collaborate with special education teams and engage with families to support student outcomes. Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Pennsylvania state license and ASHA CCCs (or CFY with supervision available). Preferred PDE Certification as an Educational Specialist Speech & Language Impaired. Previous experience in school-based settings is advantageous. Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
