Description: The YMCA of the Seacoast is currently hiring Swim Instructors to join our enthusiastic and mission-driven aquatics team! Whether you're an experienced swimmer, a former swim team member, or someone who just loves the water, this is your chance to share your passion while helping others learn life-saving skills in a fun, supportive environment. What You'll Do: As a Swim Instructor, you’ll teach small-group lessons using the YMCA’s nationally recognized swim curriculum, working with ages ranging from 6 months to adults, depending on your skillset and comfort level. Lessons focus on: Water safety and confidence Stroke fundamentals Advanced swim technique No certification? No problem! Paid training is provided.
