A skilled Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for a full academic school year contract with a K-12 educational setting in Lawrence, MA. This position offers an opportunity to support students physical development and well-being in a dynamic learning environment. Key qualifications and experience: Valid Physical Therapy license and credentials. Experience providing PT services within a school setting, preferably K-12. Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy needs and educational standards. Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote student independence and participation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Primary responsibilities include: Conducting evaluations to assess student physical therapy needs. Designing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress. Collaborating with school staff to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment. Documenting services and maintaining compliance with school and state regulations.
