Liro Group, a leader in engineering, construction management, sustainability, and technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our Project Management & Coordination team. Based in our Syosset, NY office, the Scheduler will play a pivotal role in planning and managing project schedules for construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of project management principles applicable in the construction industry. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using project management software. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction personnel to gather all necessary information to schedule activities accurately. Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays and devising strategies to mitigate risks. Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing the status of project schedules to management and stakeholders. Analyze project specifications and construction drawings to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Ensure schedule integration between all company's projects and coordinate project timelines with external contractors and consultants as needed. Participate in project meetings and provide insights on project scheduling options and status. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve scheduling issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
