Your key responsibilities will include: Planning, directing, and managing client SAP implementation projects. Reviewing project proposals to define scope, goals, timelines, funding limitations, and methods for achieving project objectives. Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, issue tracking, assignments, documentation, and communication. Preparing weekly project status reports and coordinating with project personnel to ensure adherence to schedule and budget. Monitoring project results against scope and directing the development of quality assurance and acceptance test plans. Key Responsibilities: Project Quality Assurance/Profitability/Reporting: Build credibility with clients as their trusted advisor, facilitate weekly project reviews, and ensure consistent project delivery. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain professional relationships with clients and act as an advocate for their needs within NTT Data Business Solutions. Team Leadership: Educate consultants on value propositions and implementation strategies, and provide mentoring to develop consultants.
