Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Salesforce Technical Lead to drive technical solutions and lead Salesforce implementations across CRM, Sales, Service, and Community Cloud environments. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and design best practices, along with leadership experience in managing development teams and mentoring junior members. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. Provide architecture and solution recommendations during the planning and design phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and secure application integration. Develop and maintain Lightning Components, APEX classes, Visualforce pages, and REST/SOAP APIs. Implement and manage data flows, triggers, workflows, and custom objects. Build proof-of-concepts to evaluate design ideas and technology feasibility. Support release and deployment processes using established CI/CD practices and tools. Ensure application security and apply remediation techniques for secure coding. Participate in environment management, version control, and release governance. Mentor junior team members and act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and participate in client interactions when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce technical leadership or senior development role. Proven track record of delivering at least 3 successful Salesforce projects. Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC) APEX coding Flows and Process Builder Triggers and Custom Metadata REST/SOAP APIs Salesforce Migration Tool Web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates)
Familiarity with Salesforce Connect and Event Bus is a plus. Working knowledge of security protocols including TLS and secure integration patterns. Experience in version control, environment management, and deployment processes. Solid understanding of data migration, ETL tools, and integration patterns on the Salesforce platform. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Required: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I (PD1) Preferred: Platform Developer II (PD2)
