Rani Alfers Farmers Insurance Agency is a locally owned agency in North Dallas that's been in business for over 20 years. We help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most, and we're growing. We're looking for someone who's hungry, coachable, and genuinely good with people.


You don't need an insurance background. You need the drive to build one.


We've hired people from real estate, retail, door-to-door sales, restaurants, telecom, and more. If you know how to connect with people and close, the industry skills are something we can teach.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with warm leads and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home and specialty policies
  • Walk clients through their coverage options and help them feel confident in their decisions
  • Follow up consistently and build real, long-term client relationships
  • Track your daily activity, goals, and sales performance
  • Stay current on agency systems, processes, and products
  • Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment

Requirements
  • Proven in a sales or client-facing role quota, tips, commission, closing, whatever your version looked like
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to all kinds of people
  • Coachable you want feedback and you use it
  • Organized, consistent, and motivated by real earning potential
  • Based in the Dallas area and able to work in-office MonFri
  • Willing to obtain your Texas Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required
