Job Overview The Contractor Consultants is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in the booming Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) industry. In this hybrid role, you'll drive lead generation, conduct client consultations, and close high-value sales, helping homeowners transform their properties with beautiful, functional living spaces. Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs and present tailored ADU solutions.- Educate homeowners on the benefits, value, and customization options of The Contractor Consultants' ADUs.- Prepare proposals, manage contract negotiations, and close deals.- Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.- Stay current with ADU regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications- 4+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or home improvement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your pipeline.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with ADUs, local housing markets, or residential permitting is a plus.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.- High school diploma or GED required.
