As a Sales Management Trainee, youll receive hands-on training in direct sales, customer acquisition, and team leadership. Youll report to the office daily for ongoing mentorship, product knowledge sessions, and strategy meetings with your team lead. From there, youll represent our clients through face-to-face interactions with customers in our clients retail locations building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and consistently hitting performance goals.

• Drive new customer acquisition and increase market share for our clients through direct sales
