Job Summary:
As a Sales Intern you play a key role in accelerating organizational success by supporting a variety of initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to assist with customer onboarding, event support, administrative coordination and occasional door-to-door (D2D) outreach. This hands-on role offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in both sales and marketing, develop communication and organizational skills, and make a meaningful impact on our team’s success. You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities: You utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS: Set up, attend, and represent Twin Valley at local events and community functions.? Help plan and organize team-driven initiatives that reflect our values and passions.? Assist with lead tracking, scheduling, and CRM data entry.? Take initiative in completing operational tasks that enhance team performance.? You utilize your SALES ACUMEN to: Engage with potential customers in designated neighborhoods.? Present Twin Valley offerings confidently and clearly.? Assist full-time sales reps with warm lead handoffs and follow-ups.? You use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to: Assist the marketing team by capturing photos or short videos at events for use in social media and promotional content.? Support campaign execution, reporting, and documentation.? Support the company by completing other duties as assigned. You use your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS to: Guide new customers through the Welcome Guide and Referral Program. Explain service options, including mobile products, and assist with upselling.? Build rapport to ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience.? Collect and follow up on leads generated through event interactions.?

Requirements: You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification and work experience requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or campus outreach, typically gained over 1 year. Experience in office productivity software (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.). Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of the company’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
