Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and team members. Utilize extensive training to recommend the best innovative pest solutions tailored to customer needs. Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and management of assigned leads. Schedule appointments with potential clients and provide in-home consultations to discuss Orkin's products and services. Conduct thorough inspections of homes and make informative recommendations based on findings. Prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad and keep organized professionally. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience necessary! Valid driver's license required. Willingness to acquire a pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid). Ability to work independently in the field and engage effectively with clients. Work Environment: Candidates should meet the physical demands of the job: Ability to safely use a ladder within specified weight limits. Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. Access various areas including crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops safely. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Work in diverse weather conditions.
