Responsibilities: As a Sales Inspector, you will:
Understand Orkin's termite protection services and offer strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform thorough inspections from attics to crawl spaces to identify issues and propose solutions, building trusted relationships with homeowners.
Prioritize safety at all times.
Maintain professionalism and integrity in your interactions.
Act as an empathetic
Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads from our extensive advertising efforts.
Schedule meetings with potential clients and discuss how Orkin's products can provide them peace of mind.
Conduct inspections of both the interior and exterior of homes; training will be provided.
Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad, with organizational training included.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience necessary!
Valid driver's license is essential.
Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company covered).
Capability to work independently in the field and connect with our valued clients.
Working Conditions:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform essential duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined places while being able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including potentially an OSHA-compliant respirator.
Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
