Responsibilities:
* Prospect and qualify potential partners through research, outreach, and networking * Support partners as they launch and promote their insurance programs to their audiences * Work closely with the sales team to hit quarterly goals and contribute to the sales strategy * Track market trends and competitor offerings to help identify new opportunities * Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and track sales performance metrics
Requirements
* Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in sales, fintech, insurance, or other client-facing business roles * Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and partnerships * Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks * High energy, resilience, and a positive, coachable attitude
Benefits
* Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 with performance based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTE. * High personal growth at a fast paced startup. Professional development opportunities, including sales training and mentorship programs. * 5 days/week in office in Flatiron.
