Job Summary As part of our ZOLL CMS Sales Team, you will be responsible for selling our non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillator system (WCD) and other ZOLL products to healthcare professionals in hospital and outpatient settings. This includes initial sales calls and support activities such as local medical education, tradeshows, and conferences. You will engage with physicians, nurses, case managers, and administrators, and educate them on product use, billing, and patient indications. You will work closely with an Associate Territory Manager to grow sales within the region.
Essential Functions Develop and lead strategic sales initiatives within the territory.
Increase market share of LifeVest and HFMS products, achieving sales quotas annually.
Enhance awareness and clinical value of ZOLL CMS products among hospitals and physicians.
Build and execute business plans targeting hospitals and physicians to accelerate product adoption.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborate with internal teams to increase product utilization.
Manage territory budgets and resources effectively.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
Minimum five years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
Proven success selling to academic cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
Experience in hospital and academic hospital sales.
Skills and Abilities Strong presentation and communication skills for clinical and technical data.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Additional Information This is a field-based role requiring residence within the assigned territory.
Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
