Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a highly organized Sales & Dealership Support Coordinator in Duluth, GA.

In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, coordinating logistics, and supporting the sales team within a leading distributor of agricultural and compact tractors. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In this sales & dealership support opportunity you’ll be responsible for:
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Placing tractor and implement orders through the ERP system
- Coordinating finance approvals for dealer transactions
- Providing day-to-day support to field sales managers
- Managing work orders for the Assembly team
- Invoicing completed orders to dealers
- Monitoring and communicating order status and delivery timelines
- Collaborating with suppliers on inventory and order updates
- Tracking and optimizing transportation cost and timeliness
- Ensuring timely and accurate service request pickups and deliveries
- Generating and sharing daily/weekly reports with management and the sales team
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a manufacturing or distributor environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ERP experience (BAAN ERP a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Experience with international vendors, freight, and import processes (a plus)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Compensation:
- $65000-85000 based on experience
