*Position Overview* We're looking for a results-driven individual to lead sales and manage daily operations for *Concrete Washout Solutions MD*. This role combines outside sales, client management, and administrative oversight, including scheduling, team coordination, and weekly timesheet submission.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Drive new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits * Meet with contractors and suppliers to present services and close deals * Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and service agreements * Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals * Oversee daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatch, equipment readiness, and weekly timesheet submission * Maintain accurate CRM records, job tracking, and sales activity reports * Ensure compliance with EPA and local environmental regulations * Assist with onboarding and supporting field staff as the division grows * Coordinate general truck maintenance and schedule repairs for the fleet

*Qualifications*

* 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (construction or environmental services preferred) * Experience with field team coordination or operations is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
