They work closely with community partners, referral sources, and families to identify needs and recommend suitable options. This role is about serving others and assisting them in making significant life decisions. Responsibilities The position includes: Sales Assist prospective residents and families in understanding options and needs Establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources, while maintaining existing ones Provide oversight and guidance to sales team members Marketing Plan and execute marketing events to promote the community and engage the local area Qualifications 2+ years of senior living sales experience preferred; experience in hospitality, property management, hotel management, or event sales is also valued Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or related field preferred Proven success in sales Engaging personality A genuine love for seniors If you're the right fit, we want to hear from you!
