Position Summary The Sales and Marketing Director plans and directs marketing for Premier Senior Living’s Community and services. They show and initiate leases of apartments to prospective residents, maintain positive public contact within the community, and expand the referral source base to positively impact census. Essential Job Functions Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Effectively educate the medical community regarding Premier Senior Living. Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Spend approximately 75% of time making sales calls outside the community to medical, legal, insurance, financial professionals, rehabilitation facilities, medical offices, para-professionals, senior organizations, hospital discharge planners, social workers, clergy, retirement communities, and other potential referral sources. Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve revenue and census goals. Meet or exceed referral and admission goals. Interview prospective residents to ascertain their needs. Maintain detailed customer information and sales activities in CRM software. Plan and implement marketing events and materials for various occasions. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners such as the Alzheimer’s Association, AARP, Diabetes Foundations, etc. Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly. Qualifications Associates Degree or experience in health care sales preferred. Current valid documentation of successful completion of the “American Red Cross” or “American Heart Association” CPR / First Aid Certification for Health Care Providers (BLS).
