Pay is on production so if you practice quality medicine and surgery as we do, your income for a full time position would be between $135,000-180,000/year with benefits on top of that (401K w/ 6% match, health insurance, licenses, vacation, CE), plus a $15,000 special compensation bonus. We do include a base salary at the rate of $135,000/year for the first 6 months of employment while you are becoming acclimated to our practice. Citrus County Florida is a wonderful place to live.
