Job Highlights:

We are looking for a infusion nurse in our cancer clinic! Job duties include;

1. Room patients
2. Order lab tests and medical imaging
3. communicate test results to patients
4. Triage patient phone calls
5. Complete prior authorizations
6. Provide patient education on IV chemotherapy and oral chemotherapy
7. Be a part of the appeals process
8. Coordinate blood transfusions
9. Phlebotomy coverage
10. Care coordination to transfer patients to outside facilities, when necessary

Job Summary:

Performs the primary functions of a registered nurse in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of all assigned patients.
