Solutions by Sanford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As an RN with Solutions by Sanford, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care across a variety of clinical settings, supporting patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams while enjoying the flexibility and support of a leading healthcare staffing partner.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient responses. You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensure safe transitions, and support positive patient outcomes. Accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols, and clear communication with patients and families will be central to your daily work.

As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you may work in hospital units such as medical-surgical, telemetry, ICU step-down, emergency, or specialty areas depending on your experience and assignment. You’ll provide bedside care, perform IV therapy, wound care, and ongoing patient evaluations, while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions, helping them understand their plan of care and supporting long-term health and wellness.
