Description Provides direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in the hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site. Primary focus of this position will be to provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals. Secondary responsibilities will be to provide infusion nursing care in the home or clinic. Ongoing care is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
