Do you enjoy providing end of life care and managing an assigned group of patients throughout their end of life care? Are you looking for an opportunity that provides work-life balance? Do you want to manage your schedule, build relationships and have direct patent care? BJC Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager for a caseload of 15-20 clients with minimal admissions visits.
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 2 Holidays per year 1 Weekend On-call per month South Region
