Registered Nurse Case Manager Portsmouth, NH
$40-$42/HR Interim HealthCare  is currently seeking a full-time  Registered Nurse Case Manager  based out of our Portsmouth office. The  Registered Nurse Case Manager  position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Job Requirements Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Valid nursing license in the state of NH
2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
Recent wound care experience preferred
Current CPR certification
