Job Summary As a key member of our health care team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and integrating care for clients from pre-admission through post-discharge. Your efforts will enhance patient flow and interdisciplinary communication, promoting early interventions and positive health outcomes. Your responsibilities include: Utilizing nursing judgment in various health care settings. Demonstrating knowledge of age-specific care methodologies and adapting teaching principles to client needs. Documenting and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Monitoring patient responses and evaluating care methodologies. Exhibiting independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We require flexibility in scheduling, with primarily day hours, weekends, and occasional evenings. You may encounter various sensory and environmental stresses while performing your duties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred. Current unencumbered RN license and adherence to required competencies and certifications. Depending on position location, a valid driver's license may be necessary.
