Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Location: Marquette, Michigan
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at a 225-bed specialty care hospital. Our facility is renowned for its Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine services, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics. As a premier provider of imaging, surgery, and laboratory services in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our community.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in various specialties, ensuring adherence to all care protocols and best practices. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status effectively and promptly. - Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. - Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records related to patient care. - Participate in ongoing training and continuous education programs to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. - Previous experience in a specialty care setting is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
