ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:Non-rotating 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide essential support to the Director of Public Works Department and Engineering Services Department by developing and coordinating all aspects of the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Program, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA's), Reimbursement Program and the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) Program.
* Use existing IDIQ contracts to develop a program to assess estimates projecting expenses and monitoring actual expenditures. * Revise projection as trend lines dictate and make recommendations to adjust expenditures commensurate with revised projections. * Ensure delivery orders are reviewed and approved for AP processing. * Using exiting TxDOT AFA's, develop a program to ensure TxDOT reimbursements are documented and reimbursement requests are processed and confirm reimbursement funds are received. * Using existing ILA's, develop a program to ensure all Interlocal Agreements with various agencies are documented and reimbursement requests are processes and confirm reimbursement funds are received. * With minimal input and guidance from executive staff and associated departments, create and bring to completion documents ranging from Power Point presentations to memos to Excel spreadsheets and charts on various complex topics that may be used for Council presentations. * May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Requires a Bachelor's Degree * Minimum of six (6) years of related experience * A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered * A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire

Basis of Rating
Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
