What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Engage with shoppers to assist them with gift-giving, entertaining, and decorating needs. Merchandise and stock products according to visual standards and company guidelines. Process transactions accurately as a cashier, adhering to customer service protocols. Maintain organization and cleanliness on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Follow all loss prevention policies and procedures. Perform general housekeeping tasks as directed by management. Physically assist with unloading trucks as needed. What You'll Bring A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a collaborative and respectful work culture. 1 year of retail experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to engage customers and initiate conversations. Minimum age of 16 years. Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Full-time and part-time associates can participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave. Full-time associates receive vacation and paid holidays. Benefits start on the first of the month after 30 days of continuous employment, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more.
