Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you will become a vital member of a Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand and energizing our customers about our products and services. Your role involves building strong relationships with customers and gaining expertise to prepare for advancement to the Mobile Expert position. You will undergo comprehensive training as a new employee. Job Responsibilities: Enhance customer service and sales skills while delivering a top-notch customer experience by: Assisting customers in seamlessly continuing their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Understanding individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of our latest technology. Collaborating with customers to uncover personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans to keep them connected to what they love. Approaching service and sales interactions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

Foster relationships with T-Mobile staff across various channels to: Collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless interaction. Identify and refer small business leads. Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Genuine passion for advocating for customers and connecting with them in a fun and authentic way (Required) Strong competitive spirit and proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Willingness to collaborate and learn alongside peers while serving customers and providing effective solutions (Required) Able to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required) Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required: No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 Within your first 90 days at T-Mobile, you'll receive on-the-job training and eligibility for incentive pay upon completing training milestones. Upon completion, you'll promote to the Mobile Expert role, becoming eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee qualifies for an Annual Stock Grant.
